The Arboravida™ Holding Cross is a custom design made by craftsmen in Bethlehem exclusively for The Good Gift Company. Patterned from an ancient design found in a centuries-old European chapel, the holding cross is made to fit in the palm of your hand. The origin of the holding cross tradition is not recorded, some say it perhaps came from early Christians.

The story of the cross is also ancient, yet it continues to unfold bringing joy and significance to our every day. The cross is both a symbol and a statement of faith. It brings hope in the darkest hours and gratitude in the celebrations of life. For 2,000 years, the message of the cross is that life is stronger than death, that good can triumph over evil, and that God is always at work to fulfill his purposes.

The Arboravida™ Holding Cross measures approximately 3-inches by 4-inches. Each holding cross is individually handcrafted from aged olive wood. Slight cracking and variations are normal and enhance the unique beauty of the piece. The color of each cross varies.
